創建ホーム（株）が新本社ビルに全面移転
注文住宅の企画設計・施工・販売を主に宅地造成なども手掛ける総合建設業の創建ホーム（株）（山本静司社長）は、同所近くの国道185号沿い南側で、駅前商店街入口近くの中央町３―７―１で営業していた百貨店の（株）福屋（広島市）が竹原店として営業していた店舗ビルを購入、全面リニューアル工事を完成しこのほど本社事務所ビルとして全面移転し業務を始めた。
ビルは４階建て、延べ面積約445㎡。本社移転により東広島市西条町に開設している東広島支店の建築本部、三原市明神の三原営業所は新本社ビル内に統合した。今後の社業進展に対応できる体制を構築する。
